Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GetNow4's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Consulting Services

GetNow4 provides professional consulting services including but not limited to:

• Strategic planning and business development
• Business process optimization
• Financial consulting and analysis
• Marketing strategy and digital transformation
• HR consulting and organizational development
• IT consulting and technology solutions

Specific terms, scope, and deliverables for each consulting engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Designate appropriate personnel for project coordination
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Make necessary resources available as agreed
• Adhere to payment terms and schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

4. Fees and Payment

Consulting fees will be specified in the project proposal or SOW. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment upon project initiation
• 50% upon project completion or as per milestone payments
• All fees are due within 15 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

5. Intellectual Property

All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner. Deliverables created specifically for the client during the engagement will be transferred to the client upon full payment. GetNow4 retains the right to use generalized methodologies and frameworks.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the consulting engagement. This obligation survives the termination of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetNow4's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this site and updating the "Last updated" date.
